Did Back and Shoulders today, really good workout, little longer then usuall...energy, pump, focus again was the same start to finish. Pump was actually a little better today. Was able to increase weights on a few sets. Veins were showing slightly on shoulders a lot on arms...
Changed the way I take the pres today as well...
3 caps 55 min before and 45 min before 1 rounded scoop on Hemavol in 20oz of water...2 big rounded scoops Neurocore in 15oz water and 1 lvl scoop Compete in 15 oz water...
I don't think I will do that much water again before the workout, had to stop twice to piss twice during the workout! I'll prolly just combine the Neurocore and Compete and keep Hemavol seperate...
Intra was the same 1 lvl scoop Purple Wraath, 1 lvl scoop Beta alanine, 1/2 scoop Build XS in 22oz water
Going to stick with 3 caps for the next 3 workouts (Arms, Chest and Legs) to see how each goes...

Have a question regarding potassium nitrate dosing when stacking with C4 since this has creatine nitrate. I normally use 2 scoops C4 which has 1000mg per scoop. Should I include this as part of my nitrate dosing when using the potassium nitrate? Is 2 scoops C4 stacked with 4 caps Potassium Nitrate too much?

yes, jumping straight into 4 caps, that's just asking for trouble. if you wanted to add our KNO3 product to 2 scoops of c4 please start at 1 cap and work your way up. until you feel your sweet spot.Originally Posted by Fishman15

Yup...I've had it for a week now. Tried 2 pills with 2 scoops of Nano and 2 scoops of Hemavol and went up from there to 4 PN pills with no problems. So reading through this thread now, I'm tempted to buy a bottle or two of PN. If I would, I would have this stack at my disposal:
1 scoop - ProSupps Mr. Hyde
2 scoops - iForce Hemavol
(?) caps - iForce Potassium Nitrate
5g - PrimaForce Citrulline Malate
2g Taurine
Any suggestions on what to omit or dosages to tweak?
