Ok so I am currently bulking on 3800ish calories a day. Here are my macros roughly.
~120g of fat per day(around .7 per Lb)
~500g of carbs.
~165g of protein a day(.9 per LB)
I am 183 in the morning and an on phat by layne.
How would you tweak these macros if you could?
