    On starting strength

Due to fasting, i have decided to change my training routine to SS. My lifts are
    Bench 210
    Squat 265 x 2
    Deadlift 320 x 5
. Will i obtain a 225 bench press this summer if progress goes good, also rows instead of power cleans?
    95 lbs Bench.
    105 lbs Squat
    135 lbs Deadlift
    45 lbs Military Press(Strict)

SS takes a pretty good calorie surplus...good luck with doing it while fasting.

SS is a good program, but I don't know what you mean by fasting, or why you think that means you have to switch to SS.

If your form is good, and you eat correctly and sleep well, then you should definitely be able to easily add 15 lbs to your bench in a summer on SS. Probably a lot more, if you're doing things right.

Rows instead of power cleans are okay, IMO, as long as you do them strictly. Some people have a ridiculous idea of what a row should look like.
