    Smile Are my lifts impressive or average?

    Hello, I was wondering the opinion of the community on my lifts currently whether they were impressive or average or whatever. I'm a 19 male 195lbs bf under 20% not sure what it is but im decently lean. Deadlift 500x1, 455x5. Squat (90degree stop) 425x6. Bench press 275x1. Critque and opinion is welcome, thanks!

    Bench is not honestly. I was like 158lbs and did 290, now 175 doing 315. But dl and squat are good.

    Please explain how a 275lb bench is not good when most of the teens on here can't do that? I don't believe you can do 315 to be honest. Vids or I claim e-stating.

    i do think my bench isnt anything special as i focus more bodybuilding wise and the strength just comes with it so i dont always do flat bench moreso decline lately and im only a year into lifting haha
