Bulking and cutting ( eventually lose fat )?

    Hi guys,

I'm currently sitting at 16.5% BF ( using a skinfold caliper ) and I'm coming off a "dirty" bulk. Could I lose body fat if I carry on with a "clean" bulk or would it be better to start off cutting before going on a clean bulk?
    One rep maxes-
    Squat: 297lbs
    Deadlifts: 359lbs
    Bench Press: 195lbs

    Total: 851lbs

Generally you wont lose fat and gain muscle at the same time. Is it impossible? No but its difficult and not a realistic goal to have unless you're a beginner. Whats more important right now? A wise man once said you cant chase two rabbits at the same time because in the end you're not going to catch either.
    Current Goal for 2014
    Bench: 275 Bench 330
    Squat: 430 Squat 510
    Deadlift: 480 Deadlift 550

    183 pounds
