Has anyone ever tried putting the powder in their mouth first then drink a little bit of water, does it hit you faster and harder like that??

Mix with 14oz of water and drink on my way to the gym, about 20 min pre workout. Hits me about 1st set and stays throughout.

I put whatever I'm using into a shaker (I'm usually stacking a stim pre with Hemavol and maybe a scoop of Compete or a scoop of Cor beta BCAAs and maybe a scoop of Oximega Greens because it contains beet root and other nitrates rich ingredients plus it helps mute the flavors of a strong flavoured pre and all the other stuff mixed together) with 12-16 oz of water. I down that and then fill the shaker with another 12 oz, swish it around to get whatever I missed the first time around and down that. I'm basically trying to hit 20-24 oz of water before I hit the gym to make sure I am well hydrated.
