What's a good quick easy breakfast in the morning?

I've been going to the gym now for awhile and doing everything right. I think I'm letting myself go on the nutrition/ food side. Some mornings I don't have breakfast which leads me to be tired and have poor form come gym after work. Just wondering what you guys have for breakfast that's quick and easy but full of energy?

I like how you suggest the most time consuming meal to cook when he asked for a quick, easy meal.

    wat?

bacon under grill, eggs in pan, bread on plate, 5 mins, how is that the "most" time consuming meal?

Ok then, serving of whey in cup with water. 30 secs.

    I highly suggest,

    OR

You could just drink some coffee on your way to the gym, training "fasted" has it's "benefits". and some people do better that way.

Scrambled eggs and toast with a glass of milk and some fruit. Prep time 7 seconds. Cook time less than 5 minutes. You can sub toast for oats if you want (I do), it might add like 3-4 seconds to your prep/cook time but it will definitely add to your time to consume the food.

If you want a really fast breakfast then just have some cereal with milk and fruit.

    80g oatmeal
    1 chopped banana
    1 tb Peanut butter.
add alot of cinamon (tastes gooood!)

Round ~500 cals, full of carbs, little bit of protein and fat.

Tastes great and usually makes my stomach full for few hours.

Toasted high fiber English muffin with peanut butter (or solid extra virgin coconut oil) and banana.

Hard-boiled eggs, previously boiled. Peel, slice, season, and put on whole grain bread.

Anything leftover that you couldn't eat in one sitting, such as rolled oats or an egg-veggie frittata.
