I ask this because my football team is test 1RM tomorrow. And for some reason, although my legs are bigger than most on my team, and I hold the school deadlift record, my front squat is lacking, bad. (225) I need to be at 270-280. Is there anyway to improve this? Like a better way to warmup, knee wraps, form adjustment etc? Remember if I can adjust form just to make it easier to 1RM thats fine, long term Ill still use good form. If anyone has any ideas, will measly rep. Thanks!
