Is there anyway to quickly improve Front Squat?

I ask this because my football team is test 1RM tomorrow. And for some reason, although my legs are bigger than most on my team, and I hold the school deadlift record, my front squat is lacking, bad. (225) I need to be at 270-280. Is there anyway to improve this? Like a better way to warmup, knee wraps, form adjustment etc? Remember if I can adjust form just to make it easier to 1RM thats fine, long term Ill still use good form. If anyone has any ideas, will measly rep. Thanks!

chest up, midfoot, get a bounce, chest up, chest up, chest up and chest up. Elbows up helps too.
