    showing off the wheels.. critique please and thank you :)

    Hi i know its kinda of a bad pic but I was kind of in a rush. I was wondering how my legs were doing in terms of progress? I dont really train them but started too like 2 months ago. You can see the seperation or atleast i can and Im at like a 16% bf I think. I think I might have genetics for it im not sure though. Try to get a better pic a bit later. Im also cutting or trying too so maybe thats why the seperation is showing i dont know. Thanks for any input

    vastus portions could be brought out more. may be a body fat/mass issue though.

    appreciate all the advice and critique so far. Havent really done much of either. Maybe I should though. On th leg press im up to six 45 plates on each side so.. like 540 pounds for like 12 reps? Im not sure if thats good or not. I dont really train legs. For deadlift the most ive even done was 180 for 8 reps. Squat also was 180 for about 8 reps. Havent really pushed it much in the leg department. Ive always had decent legs or atleast thats what the girls ive dated so far has said. lol
