Just seen the first video.
I agree with him
1. Keto for most people is very good at burning fat while at a deficit. Im on phase 2 of my cut on keto, day 3 on it & will have my refeeds every 6th day.
2. Keto isn't for everyone. If you feel slugish on high carbs I suggest people to try low carb to see how they feel & vise versa.

The problem with keto is that the fat loss is very good for a short amount of time, but if you are doing a long term diet, youd most likely be better off using a high carbohydrate diet (unless you are enhanced, many enhanced athletes tend to like keto better and the fat loss doesnt stall like it would in a natural, nor does their gym performance take a hit as often as it may occur in a natural athlete as well as how flat a natural will be on a ketogenic diet).
Theres a reason why every single top pro natural bber utilizes a higher carb diet and trys to get their carbs as high as possible in their off season while maintaining relatively good condition, its simply superior in numerous ways to keto if you plan on dieting for >8-10 weeks.
