I'm gonna consume the my creatine post workouts. How many grams should I take. This will be my only consumption of creatine for the whole day. On my off days, when would be a good time to take creatine. Thanks much love

Yeah, 5g is good to maintain. But, this is only after u load for 4 or so days with about 20g a day. This will saturate your muscles and so u only need about 5g to maintain this.
On my off days, I split my doses for in the morning and then in the early evening.
You know, if you take about 250 grams of creatine per day, you could be dead in two weeks. This may be counterproductive to your bodybuilding goals, but it's certainly possible.
