lol. 12 workouts in a year as opposed to the possible 104. You do the math on which will provide better, significant gains.

I used to be on that program. I few years back I started lifting after about a year off and I ended up injuring one of my shoulder muscles. I couldn't do anymore arm exercises for another month!

Doesn't sound like it adheres to the characteristics of bodybuilding to me.
Bodybuilding is 60% training and 50% diet. Yes that adds up to 110%, because that's what you should be giving it. Change the inside, and the physique will follow.
