im still cutting need to drop 10lbs or so. Then start 2nd bulk.i weigh less in the final pic than the before pic

you cut way too aggressivley...your bulk pic was great progress but in the cut pic you look smaller man...Bulk up now and next time you cut don`t go ass aggressive especially if your young just go on a 300-500 calorie deficit and eat healthy and clean! You don`t wanna end up losing muscle mass again like you did

i lost 1lb to 1.5 a week.but first week or 2 of cutting i lost 2lb a week.fully bulked pic i was benching 75kg now i bench 90kg so ive got stronger since the nasty bulk pic lol and thats all lifts.i smell hater tbh.ps i was flexing in the bulk pic.and relaxed in the other 2 lol
