They're all different. I don't imagine this one will be very big, but I'm sure it will have plates. Most of them have stupid machines and dumb stuff like TRX stations, but lots have a squat rack and benches which is all I need. And they're 24 hours, so I can go down in the middle of a slow night shift too, if I wanted (probably wont want to). The simple fact that I can work out at an actual gym every day of the week is huge.

My wife is the same, when she goes to sleep before me if she has to get up early to go work etc. I usually go to bed a hour or two later, move the two big dogs around so I got some space to sleep on, turn on the bedside table lamp to read some, rummage around for my zma pills etc. and she does not even move.
On a sad note, I just ate my last pint of vanilla and gingerbread cookie crumb ice cream for supper, will not be able to get any more of that kind until christmas again

Gingerbread is one of the few things I really suck at making, have not found a good recipe that I like yet.
Probably just go back to the Caramelized sugar/burnt sugar ice cream or whatever its called in English and some pistachio ice cream.
Ice cream over here in Norway is not very exciting most are pretty boring and bland, unless you want to pay like 5x the price to get imported ones like Ben and Jerry's etc.

Not made molasses cookies before never even heard of molasses, seems pretty similar to the "pepper nuts" I made for christmas just without the molasses :P
Sounds interesting, guess ill have to do a scavenging run in Norway to see if we have molasses here, Norwegian shops tend to suck for anything "exotic" which basicly mean any other country...

I've literally slept through earthquakes which were described by other people as 'sounding like a freight train going through the house'. When I'm in deep sleep nothing will wake me.

i've tried to make molasses cookies several times but they never come out as well as they do at this one bakery nearby that charges $4.50 for 8 smallish cookies. i hate to throw away money but it seems like i'm always doing so for good cookies...
the other day i did something foolish and drove a stranger to a redemption center so she could drop off some bottles and cans in exchange for money. she looked like a soccer mom when she walked into my favorite pita place carrying a large black plastic bag filled with bottles and she seemed friendly/sane enough. she looked dejected when she was told the nearest redemption center was at least a mile away and that's when i realized she was probably walking... we exited at the same time and that's when i told her i'd give her a ride. along the way she told me she was stuck in my town in an unhealthy relationship and was trying to return to her hometown a few hours away to be closer to her children. when we got there i waited and told her i'd give her a ride back to town... for all of her efforts she got two dollars and apologized for not being able to pay for gas. of course i wasn't expecting her to give me anything anyway/hadn't occurred to me... on the way back she asked if we could stop at a pawn shop and that's when i asked if she wouldn't mind if i dropped her off. i didn't know how long it was going to take... she wanted to hang out again and gave me the address for her apt... anway, i continued on with my original mission, and that was to stop by a cafe where i spent $2.45 on one of my favorite treats. a massive pb cookie by a locally-renowned baker. :/

"The hardship of the exercises is intended less to strengthen the back than to toughen the mind. The Spartans say that any army may win while it still has it's legs under it; the real test comes when all strength has fled and the men must produce victory on will alone." (Pressfield,1998, p.78)

Not too long ago I was entering the local grocery store as this woman was leaving empty-handed and looking a little pissed. I didn't think much of it, until I was leaving the store and she was still out front. I was opening my car door, and she walks up and says "Is this your car?". I'm like, yeahhhhh. She asks which way I headed, I tell her, and she asks if she could catch a ride and I say OK. It's not really out of my way.
She didn't seem drunk outside the car, but man I could tell (and smell) when she got in that she was loaded. My radio was originally on the local rock station, fairly quiet, and she turns it almost all the way up, starts yelling "WOOOOOO!!!!" and giving the devils horns. We drive by a convenience store and she says "Oh oh we need to stop there!". By now I figure out she had been trying to buy alcohol at the grocery store but was too drunk and she got refused, and I was right. She asks if I could buy it for her if she gives me money, and reaches into her purse but comes up empty handed and looking like she was going to cry. At this point, I just want to get this over as painlessly as possible, and I say I'll treat. She want two "Hurricane" Malt Liquors. I couldn't find Hurricane Malt Liquors, I didn't want to ask where they were and I was really nervous having her unattended in my car. I grab two Coors Lights, pay and leave.
She asks me some questions that I kind of figured where investigating the possibility of partying at my place, and I say I have plans and need to get her home ASAP. I follow her inept navigation through a maze into this mobile-park kind of territory. I pull up in front of one unit, and my headlights shine in a window. An adult guy and a couple little kids look out the window like they had been waiting in anticipation for Mom to get back from her binge. I am thinking, gawd, I hope they don't think I was partying with Mom.

That could have been me back in my geek days when I was the raidleader of our guild in eq2 , vanguard etc. except back then I was a fat blob and did not look like a viking at all.
Just need to get a dead animal for my mouse pad and that could be me now, already got my bow and sword on the wall in the gaming room so pretty much set!

Closest you would come to working as VIP protection in Norway would probably be working as a bouncer at the local pub/club. You might have noticed that crime in Norway is.... boring. Everyone is afraid of awakening the fury of the viking spirit so everything is calm over here.

Never played WoW much apart from casually, did get our guild among the top 5 in eq2 and Vanguard with some good ww firsts. Fun times, tho I get scared sometimes when I think back on how much time was spent playing those games to be "hardcore" man that was alot of hours a day
