    Yeah, I sweat alot. Sometimes in a workout I can just be covered in it, my grey singlet turned dark all over. With just weights, too. I do alot of super-sets and drop sets.

    I only sweat when my workout has tons of intensity, and that's usually my indicator of a good workout. I don't sweat A LOT though, just normal amounts.

    Idk if this is just genetics the most ill ever get is probably 1 drop of sweat falling down and some glazing action going on, on my forehead even from a high intensity leg session the most i've ever sweated is from mma practice.

    in the summer sometimes ill sweat just by putting my clothes on and running up and down the stairs a few times. i get winded...

    usually when i train im in only underwear and have a big fan on me at all times, so i barely sweat. if i were to lift in a gym in clothes with no fan directly on me, id be drenched.
