i need to find some different workouts for my bi's and tri's so if anyone has anygood ones i would appreciate it

best bicep mass builders are: barbell curls, dumbell curls, incline curls, preacher curls and incline curls...
each workout i do 1 power movement for 4-8 reps, one moderate weigfht movement and 1 finishing movement.
for triceps pick 1 compound movement (close grip bench or dips), an overhead extension movement (skullcrushers, overhead extensions, 1-arm overhead extensions), a cable movement like tricep pressdown and then a higher rep finishing movement done one arm at a time.6'3, 245 waist 33, chest 48, arms 18,thighs 27,calves 16.5

barbell curls 3 sets
preacher curls superset with hammer curls 3 sets (each) (superset)
TRICEPS
close grip BP
skull crushers
pressdowns
maybe overhead dumbell extension if you canI rape back.
