Yeah, fell flat on my face last night dietwise.
Just can't seem to muster my motivation to stay consistent anymore.
Haven't lost any weight in close to three months because of this attitude.
I think the only thing keeping my weight in check anymore is the fact that I workout hard at the gym 5-6 days per week.
I'm honestly about ready to just throw in the towel since to be honest, I just don't care that much anymore.
Hard to keep pushing yourself when you're not getting results.
Don't tell me "snap out of it" or "you don't want it bad enough" because I do and I know my actions don't reflect it, but the fire won't start.
I broke up with my long time girlfriend a couple weeks ago and this has compounded an already tough mental situation for myself.
It's hard enough just getting out of bed these days, let alone trying to be diligent with the foods I eat.
I just don't know what to do anymore about this.Only Those Who Risk Going Too Far Can Possibly Find Out How Far One Can Go

Its all about your approach in life. Take your situation with your girlfriend into the gym and take out all your anger or sadness and release it there. Tell yourself you will look a lot better after a day at the gym and use it to boost your confidence. You might even meet someone there, YOU NEVER KNOW

When is the last time you took any pics? Sometimes when I feel that I'm not getting results, I'll take a recent pic and compare it to where I was months ago and it makes me realize there IS a change, it's just hard for me to see it when looking / judging myself in the mirror every day.
Going through a break up while trying to change your body is very difficult...I don't see you being too successful unless you find a way to face / and deal with all the feelings you're going through right now. I've let a break up ruin my efforts too many times and looking back, wish I would have found it in myself to continue on regardless. Try to get out with friends and keep yourself busy. Don't give up! Find someone you can talk to if possible...might help more than you think.

I broke up with a girl after a two year relationship. Lost a ton of weight, like 25 pounds in a month. At the end of the month, I ran a half marathon next to her apartment. I had set it up before hand that I needed to "take a shower" at her spot after the run. She was pretty shocked at my weight loss. We ended up banging and then I never spoke to her again.

Chocolates and biscuits doing the rounds at work so hard to say no lol but just pumped on through today kindly declining and hitting dat der coffee and water.
Stay strong brahs, gotta keep reminding myself its the long game, might feel a bit flabby now, just got realise that if you continue on the right path you're only a few months away from changing your life.
Whether its turning into an aesthetic Kunt or slimming down to have a baseline to start bulking. Once you get down to that lower bf and get dem facial aesthetics people gonna be mirin.

hey man, been there done that. eventually you'll end up wanting to lose weight again after your little storm has ended, so you might as well do it now.
If you just broke up with you gf, now is the time to really do it. TRUST ME on that one. Is it hard yes? can you overcome these feelings? yes. so in the end, it's a choice and a conscious one you are making. so in the end is it the circumstances or you. I broke up with my gf of 4 years 2 months ago. life goes on.
push ahead. don't give up. don't EVER give up!! if you start now, do you know what summer holds for you. Tons of different women.March 1st -June 1st Weight Loss:

Checking in here, I should do this more often. I think I might bounce back from last weeks failure. Feeling good, getting a few home workouts in, hard to make time but I MUST do this! I haven't been able to cook the meals I want but I'm doing my best to keep the diet on course.
I've accepted that home life won't be normal for quite some time (months) so I have to get creative with my time management for workouts.
Good to see all the progress, keeps me going.OBF 2014 Winter Transformation Challenge 4th Place finish...

Diet for me has still been perfect @ 2100 cals. REALLY crossing my fingers that the scale goes down this week. For my size 2100 seems to be a big deficit, but I'm gaining strength pretty good in the gym.
Just figured I'd chime in and say I've had my diet going really well Can't wait for the next weigh in!- Dave
