Well, he was facing a mirror, and I was behind him pumping out leg curl sets.
Probably not. Unless he thinks going to failure on selectorized leg curls set to 50 pounds is impressive. (LMFAO)
Edit: It was so light the momentum would move the ankle pad off my leg at the end of the curl.Last edited by moore93; 01-26-2013 at 04:23 PM.

I'll be pissed if he's not the Patrick Swayze in Roadhouse type bouncer vs. the super-jacked Russian monster type bouncer. This is all happening so fast.

7 day free trial at Gold's Gym.
But Gold's Gym is homer. After that I'm probably going to go to Powerhouse because its 20 bucks a month if you buy a year up front, and that's with a 24 hour key.
It's 100 in gas a month for Powerhouse compared to 30 in gas a month for Gold's Gym, but whatever. Gold's Gym is trying to swindle my ass at 40 dollars a month with a contract and enrollment fee, GOOBY PLS. I'd rather bite the gas bullet and go to a respectable gym.
Powerhouse is no contract, no enrollment, legit ass prices, legit ass gym.

Jeeezus serp you might wanna slow things down. That's like 1% bodyfat increase per season, bordering on my hero, Dreamer_. Your spleen is probably no longer visible.

Not chubby like a normal dude, but for someone into bodybuilding. Was fat my whole life, being fat is stupid. Was at a store today, the cute cashier chick was mirin my lats and asked me for my email for the coupon to be sent to...was going to give the ol "buster_hymen@gmail.com" addy until i realized it'd make me sound like a creep

haha i know that, its impossible to stay "below 10% year round" because you would only be able to bulk for like 2 months lol. But i think nobody EVER should be above 15% if they are into bodybuilding, its easy enough to stay under that IMO as long as you dont go fullbulkmode.
