lol. what kind of wizardry....? o.O
39" hips last time I checked, recorded 23% bf on 12/11/12 (estimate), and had no gym access/used 5 lb dbs at home my first year and half and sometimes carried them on the treadmill.
I know you're kidding about your bf%, and maybe about the 5 pounders, but taken together you're describing me.

You mean he's goofy-looking, or something? I've never actually seen him before, smh. Seems like he could be a friendly guy... Some ppl add me without saying a word and I used to say hello/thanks for the add plus something specific, but nowadays, when someone remains silent I don't necessarily say anything. This guy - I don't remember interacting with him.

Hope erryone's New Year was nice. We stayed home and as far away from any streets/drivers as possible.

I f*cking hate people. Thank mother f*cking sh*t I get a real license in around 2 weeks so I don't have to deal with dumb f*cks all day.
Seriously tren raging right now without the tren. If this wasn't my house I'm fairly certain I would have smashed something.
Nothing I hate more than waiting every single god damn day for something for three weeks for it to be postponed 10 minutes before I'm supposed to go.

Split fire-wood like a real man yesterday!
That is I waited until there was a foot of snow on the ground & it was below freezing to fix the damn Log-splitter because doing that in the summer is LAME!
I also loaded it into the truck at my parents house, brought it to mine then stacked it.
Starting the new yr off with a massive deficit!
My whole body is sore today but at least I can feel my extremities again.

Split workouts have been so awesome. My recovery has improved and I just feel significantly better. My joints are still in pain, but the rest days help, and they are no longer affecting my workouts.
So, I'm just going to do alternate upper/lower with a day's break in between for now, and reassess when recovery isn't an issue. Upping my intake slightly (from 2500 to 2600 calories, and slightly higher carbs) seemed to help greatly.
