    Is it possible?

    Hey guys, is it possible to lose belly fat and keep muscle? like say if i did cardio once a week?

    Im not sure if u can specifically target fatloss from your belly, i think its just a gradual overall thing that happens when losing weight. also it depends how quickly u lose weight, the foods u eat the excercises u do. It's probably better if u search it on these forums rather than waiting for an answer.

    it is most certainly possible to lose body fat and keep that hard earned muscle you've gained. and i'm saying this by experience, not just guessing. as long as your nutrition/diet, training, cardio, supplementation and rest are in check, there shouldnt be a problem with you leaning out SLOWLY while still maintaining your muscle mass. i've done it plenty of times in the past where my bodyfat has always remained below 10% and i've slowly gained good amounts of lean muscle tissues. so yes it is possible, just be sure to have patience.
