Hey Everyone I'm new to working out/body-building just signed up to the gym, Im 17 Nearly 18 and im sick of being skinny/Weak I want to get some muscles in a short amount of time if possible, basically I signed up to the gym and the instructor guy is a ***got I really don't think he made a good routine for building muscle mass in a 6 month period (which was my goal) , he was on his phone the whole time and was really rushing threw it.(I could be wrong) so heres what ive got..
lat pull downs 40kg/10 reps x 3
chest press 50kg/10 reps x 3
tricep extension 35kg/10 reps x 3
leg press 80kg/10 reps x 3
b/b bicep curls 20kg/10 reps x 3
Mat exercises:
lower leg lifts/10x3
bicycles/20x3
sit ups/15x3
17 yrs/67kg/chest 87/waist 72/hips 91/buttocks 92/thigh R/L 47 Calves R/L 35
im currently taking mutant mass twice a day , two scopes before workout and before bed.
any suggestions , workout plans , help please? oh the routine is m/w/f
