My average supplement order size is around $150, but I also get items from family and/or friends. My part of the order typically lands around $80-90.
Supplement a good diet: don't diet on supplements.

I spend about 100$ which lasts me a couple months. Sometimes I'll spend alittle more maybe trying something new out.
