Hey everyone
i just bought russian bear 10000 gainer obivously to help me gain more weight and build up muscle due to losing few weights from couple years ago, so my question is how to use russian bear in right way also when is the perfect time taking it before or after working out or both. also i would appericate if someone tell me a good mix its chocolate flavour .

Gaining weight is as simple as eating more food. Eat till your full then eat some more then when your about to throw up wait 10 minutes and eat some more. Food is all it comes down to. If you need a weight gainer because you aren't able to get enough calories through whole food, then fine. But don't be tricked into thinking you bought some magic powder or something. It's liquid calories and nothing more.
Eat or drink your food/gainer anytime you want in whatever liquid you want. It will not make much (if any) difference in the end.

What I would do to be on an all out bulk right now..... But serious op everyone is right eat more. I was stuck between 170-180 for a year or so and now am at 195-200. Keep a log of everything you eat and make sure your killing the protein. I kept a gainer on hand for when I was on the go but it's much tastier to make your own.

Shousha weight gain
its not that easy man to gain weight maybe it is easy for you but for me my body burn the food much faster thats why i bought it hope it will be good plus its different than other gainers, thanks for you advice
Advice and I'm being honest ... Do cardio in the morning before you eat this will help with food absorption..nothing crazy either but nothing lazy either ..... 10 mins good cardio or 20 mins lazy to medium cardio
