They have free personal training if u sign up well anyways..
The trainer thought it would be a good idea to remove 90 ib from one side of the bar and leave 90 on the other... The bar flipped off the rack the
smacked some dude in arm and the dude that got hit srs look like he was gonna cry ... The look on the girl face the trainer was working with was priceless...
Then there was me laughing as I watched the whole thing in the mirror

I saw a series of unfortunate events unfold right before my very eyes...First, a skinny kid that was hammer curling 10's or 15's dropped a dumbell on his foot, yelped and quickly tried to grab the dumbell as it rolled away. It rolled over near the squat rack where he quickly tried to pick it up however, a guy who was squatting 2 plates was coming down and the bar hit the kid in the head which causted the guy squating to basically tip over. After the weights crashed and the guy fell backward and tried to play it off smooth by turning it into a back roll but was stopped dead in his tracks when he rolled into a bench. He was instantly FURIOUS and yell "ARE YOU FUKIN SERIOUS!" The kid started mumbling for a second to which the guy interrupted with "WTF HOMO?" The kid just turned around and BOOKED IT! As he ran the guy kept yelling "YEAH YOU BETTER RUN HOMO!" I laughed periodically about it for the rest of the day.

O...God...there was this Asian girl running on the treadmill in front of me one morning early...about 6 in the morning...she just loses it and right off the back she goes...down to the ground. She gets back up a bit stunned and no ****...she falls right back off...partly due to being stunned I think. Anyway she goes again for a third try and after some questionable strides she finds her footing...I almost fell off the machine watching her...priceless!

Sloots come and go but moms are forever
Get to know your parents: you never know when they'll be gone for good.
Be nice to your siblings: they're your best link to your past and the people most likely to stick with you in the future.
Enjoy your body: use it every way you can. Don't be afraid of it or of what other people think of it: it's the greatest instrument you'll ever own.

I started working in sets of squats with random guy my age at the gym. Dudes shorts split right down the ass seem at the bottom of his squat. Guy must not of been wearing undies because his ass just popped out, finished his rep and goes "welp I'm never coming to this gym again" I couldn't stop loling the rest of my workout.

Maybe they just don't want to die. This saved me once, being able to dump the weights when being *so close* on a new PR you're just not up to that day.
This guy probably used collars:

Oh, LOL. Everything I see at a gym is just so LOL. All those people there trying to better themselves with exercise. LOL. I ask them if they even lift while they are even lifting. LOL. Stupid bastards.
