It looks like a lot of you change your macros when cutting or bulking. Do you have better results doing this vs keeping your macros the same and just inc or dec the total calories?
The reason I ask is, I've tried the high protein/low carb method for cutting before. I flattened out really bad and lost a decent amount of strength due to low carbs. I seem to respond better when macros are kept the same and just reduced the overall volume.
For those that have tried both, what made you prefer the high protein/low carb method?

[QUOTE=TorontoBrah;1000735983]Awesome transformations luzz223 & Trinity1216, quite motivating!
Thanks Toronto
I have the same issue when LBM is on a bulk. Holy chit that man can consume 4000 cals and barely gain weight. He has freakish genetics
Me I look at food and my Italian genetics just pile on pounds. Not fair!
I thought I was the only one who went through the same thing when I increase cardio to 2x a day.
Can anyone explain why this happens?
OH WOW!!!!! You are srsly strong

Green tea question
Thought I'd ask this here in case any of u has knowledge on green tea science, been drinking 1 cup/day for said antioxidant and thermogenic benefits for a long time, but couple months or so saw a misc thread claiming study showed it decreases test. Sounded like broscience so I kept drinking it but tbh the thought what if it's decreasing test plays on my mind. Anyone have any info on this question if green tea can decrease test levels?

nah thats BS - green tea doesn't reduce test its a myth
it inhibited the levels of testosterone on Rats only when they injected them with large amounts of green tea antioxidants in their vains

I was reading this recently-created sticky and I think I may have ruined my metabolism which have caused me to hit a plateau. I started from 204 lbs and was losing pretty fast until I hit 180lbs. I know it gets harder to lose when you go lower in body fat percentage but I think the plateau is caused by my metabolism because I've been cutting for 6 months at a major calorie deficit (1200-1600 calories). Thinking about bulking to 190 again to restart and fix my metabolism then cut at 2200. if I could start my cut over again I would definitely be cutting slower.

Creatine shrinks the penis. By stimulating GTD production in the small intestine, the corpus cavernosum is significantly dehydrated as most water from the epidermis is translocated to subdue GTD, which we don't want circulating in our bodies, as it's a toxic byproduct of creatine absorption in the small intestine, just as creatinine is another.
You don't hear much about GTD toxicity because it really only affects the skin in specific ways, one way is by thinning and shrinking the skin around the penis.
It's reversible, but it takes many, many years to regrow what you had lost (which could be up 3-4" in a flaccid state).
I was actually briefly employed on a grant-funded GTD research team at Boston University during the FA08 semester. Our findings, sadly, have not been made public, since our funding was cut prior to SP09.Nutrabolt Lead Company Rep
