Nope! He's still at the temporary location. They are still waiting on insurance to deal with paying for the structural damage. The actual contents wasn't covered under insurance so it will have to be replaced out of pocket or through donations. Spencer's "godfather" who is also my wife's first cousin donated around 2k in supplies which helped a lot.

You guys are one of my favorite couples on here srsly
Is there a donation site up? Please provide link if so.
I honestly have to say, if it was not for this thread and a few of the journals I am subbed to I would srsly not be on here much at all.
The Big Misc and most of these other sub forum miscs are getting soooooo boring. Same threads over and over again. Strong lack of originality, it no longer is providing a funny distraction for me anymore

They are accepting pay pal donations now, but to be honest I'd feel awkward posting that up. I've always been a "giver" and makes me feel weird when the tables are turned. In addition, we've been hearing some crazy things lately about the lady that runs/owns the school so playing it by ear. If all is true we may be moving him sometime next year, but thanks for asking.

So I guess we talk about nutrition in here
Started using myfitnesspal again yesterday. Cutting on:
100f
275c
275p
Training for a half marathon instead of a full or ultra this time. Was able to put on 15 pounds this year and do not want to lose it since my lifts went up quite a bit.
Anyone else have an issue with not eating enough while counting calories? Maybe it's because we are visiting family, but yesterday I basically went to bed short by 800 or so calories from not eating a ton in the morning then not playing catchup later in the day.Nutrabolt Lead Company Rep

Morning X'ers
400g carbs I think my body would put itself in a coma if I had that many carbs in one day.
I have a hard time reaching my calorie intake as well especially when I am on a cut. My goal is 1200 cals a day I am lucky if I can squeeze in a 1000.
@ Diesel 35g how do you do that? what does your food consist of in an average day on a cut?
I find the more I exercise the less appetite I have. I don't understand this, because it should be the other way around

Wow I wouldnt be able to walk. I am at 120+ easily everyday. Dem dere meatballs fried in bacon fat and olive oil.
Anyone ever take a long time off from conditioning and then start doing it heavy again? I have actually put on weight the past few days but I feel its from water retention and being really swollen and sore and not from diet. Its a shame when you can yoke walk with 700lbs but a one mile run kicks your ass, lol★cVc★
