-Off original thread of having surgery: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=148439643
-Finally got the weekly invoice for my stay at UPenn
-Very thankful I work hard and have insurance
-Will never bitch about the cost taken out of my pay check each month
-This below bill is only the bulk of the cost, it doesn't show all the other pre-surgery and misc charges during my stay as well. Add on about another 10-15K for total cost.

LOL at the insurance provider knocking the price down from $237k to $70k.
Same insurance providers that will tell the doctors they cannot charge any less to the non insured. But we need a single payer system because costs are too high.Your freedom to be you includes my freedom to be free from you. -AW

Anybody have any rough ideas as to how much my dads medical bill was since this thread got me thinking...
-stage 4 brain/lung mets
-Must of been in the hospital for a majority of the year (maybe short breaks home? Dont remember much from that whole year was around 10, so 9 years ago)
-not sure on exact treatment but he must of had atleast a few rounds of chemo, then he had gamma knife radiation and a few surgeries 1 on brain/lung
anybody think they have a estimation to what that bill would be? I have good insurance blue cross/blue shield since both my parents were in the medical field.
