    i tried HIIT for about a 6 weeks in the mornings or nights (so only once a day) but then cardio became a chore so just went back to jogging in the morning on the streets, at medium intensity for about 20 minutes (4km's) and then low intensity incline walk on the treadmill after gym for 15 minutes.

    ive just been progressively taking carbs out, at a rate that has enabled me to maintain all my muscle, but continue to lose fat

    (+ ive been on fat burners and green tea extract the past 3 months)

    Meal 1- 2 scoops of protein (isolate) blended with 1 cup oats and 1 banana.
    Meal 2- 5 egg whites
    Meal 3- 150gm tuna/1cup of white rice
    Meal 4- 150g chicken breast , 1/2 cup sweet potatoe/ 1cup broccoli
    Meal 5 - 4 egg whites
    Meal 6 - 150gm chicken breast/ 1cup broccoli
    Meal 7 - just pre workout supps/ amino acids + 1 teaspoon on natural peanut butter (i have a small handful unsalted cashews)
    Meal 8 - protein shake + aminos again
    Meal 9 - 1 hr after training any lean meat/ 1 cup broccoli
    dietician checking in.... this checks out

    And after my back workout (tuesday) i do 3 sets of dumbbell dropsets of 21reps. Start with a heavy weight, do 7 reps, go lighter do 7 reps and then go lighter and do another 7 reps, with no rest in between. I do three sets of those, and rest in between the sets obviously
