Barbell Curls x4
Preacher Curls x4
Hammers x4
Close Grip Bench x4
Skull Crushes x4
Dips x4
And after my back workout (tuesday) i do 3 sets of dumbbell dropsets of 21reps. Start with a heavy weight, do 7 reps, go lighter do 7 reps and then go lighter and do another 7 reps, with no rest in between. I do three sets of those, and rest in between the sets obviously
