i think he could cut now or bulk now and be happy with the results. but seeing as it's december, makes more sense to bulk now and cut in the spring if looking good at the beach or by the pool is your thing.

Gainz Fried Rice
1 cup cooked rice
½ of a Roast Chicken
2 tsp oil
1 egg
Small quantity of a token vegetable
About every spice in the cupboard, save cinnamon
Heat oil in pan at medium-high heat. Drop everything else into pan and stir. Cook until brown as hell.
Serves: 1 Badass

Had dat pork butt slow cooked all day with potatoes carrots and onions for dinner. Macros sooooo good, tastes even better, still at a 1200 deficit for the day. Feels so good.
