So I have been stuck at 215 lbs for well over 6 weeks.
Ill let you decide my BF%
Here is my diet since Saturday up to today:
My calories are around 1,800 to 2,000
I have been eating like this for my whole fail cut.
The only time I have lost significant weight is on keto. ( and I don't even count calories on keto)

Teaspoons, tablespoons, and cups for pourable liquids.
Grams for solids.
Careful about the meats. There maybe unaccounted for fats in "lean" meats and steak.
Either way, stick with it man. I was stuck at 205 for over a month and just ate less and ran hard.
Repped you for sticking with it and the hard work so far!Reppin DMF & JG crew

I find it fascinating what people actually eat. That being said, it isn't likely your maintenance is at 2000 calories. It is very likely that you are somehow miscalculating your intake. The red is Absolutely correct. Lower your calories and see what happens. If you eat less than your TDEE you will lose weight. It will happen no matter what you think, you will lose weight. The other way like he said was to up your output. Both will lead to weight loss. This isn't rocket science. Calories in calories out. It really is that simple. Even if you have a thyroid issue, you will still lose weight, it may be more difficult, but it will still happen.
You ain't special. You ain't different. This **** isn't hard to understand. To me it sounds like you are looking for an excuse.
I count my calories very religiously, but I know for a fact it is never accurate. When the wife says she used a cup of chicken, I don't know how accurate it really is. I'm not getting a divorce over a few chicken calories and I'm not cooking for myself. So I've set myself up to be further under what others cut at, that way, I continue to lose weight. I want to get laid more than I want to weight every morsel of chicken.

215 @ 35% bodyfat and 215@ 10% bodyfat require totally different maintenance cals. You don't have a thyroid problem you just ate too much. I'd go down to 17 or 18 hundred cals.
Your body doesn't go on the internet to read stickies and posts by people that parrot misinformation. It has it's own ideas on how it wants to burn fuel.If you don't get what you want you didn't want it bad enough

I have a thyroid issue....hard to use that one as an excuse. 2000 is definitely low for maintainance, and I'm inclined to err on the side of miscalculations whether it be improper measuring or whatever. It's no biggie really, just drop the cals a few hundred and see what happens.

There is no way I am miscalculating my Cals that bad.
I WEIGH/MEASURE EVERYTHING, Properly.
I'm not making excuses, I even added an hour of ****ing cardio recently.
I'm not saying I think I have a thyroid problem. I'm saying people cant believe I am not losing weight at this low of cals and bring stuff like that up.

There's obviously something going on that's not working properly.
My immediate thought is that you're not tracking properly. Even at 2000 calories, at your weight, you should still be losing. Double check your figures and make sure that you're measuring everything properly.
If your figures are correct cut by 200 calories and see if that kickstarts things.
BTW. Ignore the idiot who says you have to eat 1200 calories. He doesn't have a clue what he's talking about.

just a thought - i was at 270 and my maintenance was 2800-3400 calories - my deficit for 1-1.5lb a week was 2200-2400 calories (im sticking closer to 2200). Currently around 246~ (been on a deficit since September 2012 and lost like 10lb in the 2 weeks just from eating healthy) and still losing at this weight at 2200 calories. point is you should recalculate macros properly or be honest to yourself on what your eating because simple calorie deficit system works if that helps motivate a little bit. Also, i tend to overestimate my calories instead of underestimating them just to be safe. (example: putting 8oz of milk instead of 7oz because during times i dont fill it exactly do the line that says 1cup.) Listen to the people here and adjust the calories because most people seem to give helpful advice which is certainly working for me and should for you as well.
my friend is on a deficit as well and weight 205 and is on 1400-1600 calories for around 1lb a week if that gives you an idea.
