Going to lift like never before today

My bosses just gave me my two week notice at one of my jobs. Basically because the had "no more room for me", "if we could keep you we would" even though they just hired 3 new people. Been working my ass off for them because I was trying to move up in the company. Coming in early, staying late, studying my ass off to know everything there is to know about their products. Never late, never complained, never missed a day. Basically I have 9 work days left with them, feel like telling them don't want to finish it out with them because a) Im not gonna give a **** anymore about customers b) my time would be better spent finding a new job. Going to work is the equivalent to being dumped by your ex when your still living with them. I'm gonna sit there and be pissed off the whole time.

Opinions?

You never know what might turn up and your best approach is to be as professional about it as possible. Things happen and things change. They may hire again down the road, or someone who works with you may change jobs and will be in the market to hire someone there, and people talk--if you are a good employee someone may put in a call for you or you may need to use a reference from that job. So you are FAR better off taking the high road.

Keep it cool, hide your anger , smile ! I know you must feel like it's a waste of time and they didn't appreciate it you, but they will have some say about you when future employers will need some reference ! Also it helps when you walk off that door with grace and strength, and when you will KNOW you really did your best !! I have walked this path. There is nobody I worked for that can say **** about me, on the contrary ! So true NOT to burn bridges, keep a good attitude and it will serve you well on the long haul ! It's hard to get/keep a job this days in America !

that hair gif is creepy.. I thought he was going to cut it. I've heard stories of women getting their hair cut off by freaks on public transport. I would seriously stab someone and I dont even like long hair much
