Yeah it's like chronic high blood pressure. Coq10 is not too expensive so it's worth a try. Do take your typical 2g for DHA/EPA fish oil?
This might not be to pleasing but my dad tells his patients to take garlic on a daily basis. Many of them got really good results and some even got off their medication.

Thanks, actually leaning out a bit now. Today was a high carb day and I'm feeling mighty full. Think I'm 9-10%ish. Wanna be 7-8 by the time I got to Ultra in March and 5-6(goodnight sweet food) by mid/end of april(April 20th to be exact).

I mini-bulked(3ish months). I kinda decided to do some different events which means I want to be decently lean and cut my bulk short. Won't hit 220 til next offseason. If I get lean enough, early enough then I'll try to grow into the event. Although, we'll see how well that goes as it'll take some strong diet manipulation. Started too late on bulking this year. Was too concerned with staying lean and didn't give myself enough time. Live/learn. Right now, I'm not exactly cutting. Just not actively putting weight on and leaning a bit.

I definitely have a caffeine problem which started in college. So much coffee and energy drinks. Right now my average is 400-700mg a day. Between coffee, my preworkout, soda, and caffeine tablets if I am really feeling ****ty. After this cut is over, my goal is to get down to 200-300mg a day.
