* Short and sweet workout on Christmas Eve!
* So I had a brainfart today and forgot the gym closed at 2! I got there at 1:15 and had to wait for a rack :/ Decided to go light with OHP and superset with the lat pulldowns to save time. Had a nice pump in the shoulders at the end though
* I took the last five caps of Osteo-Sport this morning. There was one more cap, but broken in the bottle.
Have a happy and safe holiday everyone!!

Thanks guys! Hope Santa brought you everything you wanted!
My tally so far:
- Rehband knee sleeves (the Tommy Konos are fraying a bit)
- 4 pairs of Elite bands (micro mini, mini long, light short, light long)
- 4 pairs of JBuds earbuds - cheap but effective - I go through a pair every 3-4 months
- 1 pair of 1.25 lb Olympic plates for micro loading
There's some money left over for supps, so now gotta go looking for salesLast edited by KenshinH; 12-25-2012 at 08:19 PM.

If you find any decent sales, please share!
If you or anyone else is ever in the market for a GOOD pair of ear buds that are cheap, check my link out. I've had them for about 6 months now, sounds quality/bass is AMAZING for a pair of ear buds. Honestly, after using them, I'd pay 3x what they actually sale for.

Lol if you go to that page, the ones I bought are advertised right below the pricing information - JLab JBuds for $5.99
I've had $20, $40, and $80 earbuds and they all last me about 3-4 months before one side blows out. Got tired of paying decent money for crappy quality, so I just bought the JBuds for $10 at the time. Still lasted me 3-4 months, but at least they were cheap! Saw them for $5.99 yesterday so I just grabbed 4 pairs to last me at least a year.
I wouldn't use them for any kind of serious music listening, but they're perfect for workouts## chillin at home crew

Notes
* I got some Origin samples from BenW22 (a Genomyx rep) on Monday - thanks Ben! Thought about trying a serving today, but then I decided to wait until after my training cycle ends on Sunday. I plan to cycle off Craze for a couple of weeks with Origin and Domination.
* Just a quick back workout today. I wanted to do more, but apparently day off mid-week = errands## chillin at home crew

I like the in-ear ones; maybe I've been lucky that the earbuds I've had have never fallen out
Nice bro! I've had my Versa Grip Pros for over a year. Awesome for pulling when you don't want your grip to be the bottleneck! I used them for the 515 rack pull
Definitely look into them bro. They're very well-made and should last for a long time.## chillin at home crew

Interested to hear your thoughts on it.
Glad your samples got there, T. Interested to hear your thoughts as well. The more I read in the Logs and reviews, it seems that many people are going over the 2 scoop dose. 3 Scoops (1.5 servings) seems to be the sweet spot for many people. I haven't yet tried that dosing, but it's on my list.

What's the brand on those sleeves bro?
My TK's are finally wornout and need replacing.
Let me know how you like the JBuds! Saw a deal on those in Groupon yesterday. Ended up getting a pair of Auvio @The Shack.CONQUERING BARBELL

U guys should check out Bluetooth earbuds. Go in like foam ear protection. Never move!!! As a side note, used FatGripz for the first time yesterday. Only used them for DB Shrugs and Hammer Strength Shrugs. Forearms have been screaming all day

Thanks HIL! Tried them both out today
It's Rehband - the older 7051 model that's blue neoprene. If anything, they're even more well-known than the TK's. My TK's are fraying a little bit right along the seam. They're still usable, but I didn't want to be caught even a week without knee sleeves. I'll use the TK's as backup when the Rehbands are in the hamper
The JBuds work fine bro. I'm now on my third pair - the second one lasted 5 months - and each time I order they get cheaper lol.
Bluetooth earbuds seem pricey
