How heavy should my power clean be?

Just wondering around how heavy this should be compared to my other stats.

    Deadlift - 345 x4
    Squat - 315 x 2
    Bench - 195

I'd say around 225 as well if you're an above average athlete and your form doesn't suck.

Would 285 be attainable in the next 6 months? Assuming I can do 225.

I would say yes depending on your form and your consistency

Ya it's pretty tough without any help to be honest, No one at my gym really does that lift, so its all trial and error. Having a hard time not using arms to lift the weight.

I don;t think my town has any coaches lol... the personal trainers at my gym are all overweight/working out for less than a year. So their advice wouldn't help much either I don't think.

If you can't find a coach I would watch vids on YouTube of people showing correct form and then record yourself to make sure your doing it right

Body weight is a pretty decent benchmark for most people, 1.5 times your body would put you way above the average person
