Furthermore; please use this thread for discussion of quality food, banter and other diet talk are certainly welcome but there are seperate sections of this site for eating disorders, specific dietary recommendations, etc.
As a courtesy, it's nice to label your pictures when the contents of the dish are not obvious.
and Provide the recipe due to the amount of picture quoting and people saying "hey brah whats the recipe" Make it simple, and be helpful to others who want to contribute.

Excuse my 'plating' - no actual plates here, no need for any. Besides, less plates means less to wash. Pork tenderloin and chicken breast. Believe it or not, the chicken was fall-apart tender. 2 and a half hours at 200 degrees Fahrenheit and you can practically forget about it without drying it out.
Bumping that image, here's my small sludge concoction for tonight. Lazy man approach: use container for the last bit of yogurt left, no dishes to wash!

Sweet Potato Pancakes
Cinnamon Peanut Butter Sludge
Recipe For the Pancakes
300g Sweet Potato boiled for about 10 minutes then mashed
150g Oats ground into flour
60g Vanilla Casein
Cinnamon to taste
Baking Powder
6 egg whites, beaten to stiff peaks.
Enough milk to get a good pancake consistency
Mix all dry ingredients then add the egg whites, slowly add milk until you have the right consistency, then cook like normal pancakes.Last edited by Mupt; 09-16-2012 at 04:05 AM. Reason: Added recipe
