Hard to say. Ive been using light english muffins with cereal with great success. The muffins are 80 cals a piece, and really help fill the bowl. I do 2% f.a.g.e and mix in some cinnamon/truvia, and toast the english muffins. Its like a knockoff cinnamon roll. Add some cinnamon toast crunch or the like and its awesome.

I think you can get the idea... sorry for the late pic, started eating and by the time I realized I wanted to take a picture, there was a few bites of the sandwich left :P
It was: Large Wendy's chili - delicious as always; a honey wheat bagel sandwich with jalapeno cheddar jack cheese, turkey, pickles. Delicious and macro friendly for my preferences
