If for some reason, db press seems higher than bench, 99% of the time it is because you are using half ROM.

BB Incline Bench: 70kg:154lbs
BB Flat Bench: 85kg:187lbs
BB Decline Bench (Smith Machine): 90kg: 198lbs
DB Incline: 5x 30kg's db's:66lbs
DB Flat: 5x 35kg's db's:77lbs
DB Decline: n/a only done once and can't rememeber
I feel my incline is pretty far behind on both bb and db, so I'm trying to push it up now (quite literally). This is not only noticeable in my stats, but in appearance aswell - my upper chest is far behind my lower/center chest, and as shoulders are my strongest area,v the undeveloped upper chest stands out and annoys the hell out of meI rape back everytime!
