This preworkout supplement just may be too strong for me, but I get very lightheaded if i take a full serving before I workout. Does this happen to anyone else/would know why it occurs?

I started 1 week ago with c4 and I took a full scoop as the label said to start, way to strong for me, so I took 1/4 scoop next day till I reach the point was not too strong but give me a boost once I am in the gym, for me is 1/2 scoope maybe a bit more but not the whole scoop. I like it and you build some tolerance to it. but I know 1/2 scoope is good for me and not so havy than make my heart pump like is going out of my chest or make me walk the block as the first time I took it.

Must be you brother...I usually use AC G3 as a pre work out...currently using C4....I use 2 to 2.5 scoops ...and drink amino x throught out my work out.....it does make me sweat more than normal.....I work out in the morning on an empty stomach..so I can't tell you to eat something......but definitely drink plenty of water
