    C4 Preworkout Problems

    This preworkout supplement just may be too strong for me, but I get very lightheaded if i take a full serving before I workout. Does this happen to anyone else/would know why it occurs?

    I love C4. It doesn't make me light headed. It does however, make me sweat like crazy during my work outs. Have you tried other preworkouts?

    Same here, actually. I do get slightly light headed when i'm training on C4.

    I suspect blood pressure issues. I might get my girlfriend to slap a cuff on and test my BP as i'll probably give it one more go to assess.

    I started 1 week ago with c4 and I took a full scoop as the label said to start, way to strong for me, so I took 1/4 scoop next day till I reach the point was not too strong but give me a boost once I am in the gym, for me is 1/2 scoope maybe a bit more but not the whole scoop. I like it and you build some tolerance to it. but I know 1/2 scoope is good for me and not so havy than make my heart pump like is going out of my chest or make me walk the block as the first time I took it.

    I do two scoops and I LOVE this stuff, especially the watermelon flavor!!! Gives me the best energy and focus of any pwo that I have tried. I am not very sensitive to stims though.

    Are you sensitive to stims? Maybe 1/2 scoop and assess your tolerance.

    Nitrates can cause that sometimes. Have you ever had this happen with other pre workouts before?

    Must be you brother...I usually use AC G3 as a pre work out...currently using C4....I use 2 to 2.5 scoops ...and drink amino x throught out my work out.....it does make me sweat more than normal.....I work out in the morning on an empty stomach..so I can't tell you to eat something......but definitely drink plenty of water

    More than likely the nitrates in C4. Either lower the dose, or get a new PWO.

    If your weight on your profile is correct that might be suspect. Try half a scoop and see if that helps. If not, just try a different one, or just quit taking them all together. I feel like you don't need some drink to get a good workout.

    don't sweat it, just take some time off from stims and go back lightly. I was abusing stims for like three years with no breaks, and my body finally said enough is enough.

    I would think your sensitive to the nitrate content. Id 1/2 dose if for a week and then see if you can tolerate a full dose.

    I take 2 scoops and I'm fine. Work your way to 2 scoops. But don't go higher then 2.5 also try adding more water to it and sippin it on heavy sets instead of chugging it at the start. I've been doing that and have liked t
