im 6'1 186 just curious how much bf i am. i want to get to 7-8% if any one has any suggestions for me and the best way for me to reach my goal by march 28th. i want to be as ripped as possible for my mexico trip. Thanks and hope someone helps me out!

Hey all new to forum, figured this is a good place to start. Im 6'3 255lbs. I do train in kick boxing, bjj, wrestling. As you can see im a heavyweight. But im tired of it and would like to get down to about 225. Starting to lift again after 10 years. My big weakness is diet. I eat 1-2 times a day but I cant lose weight. I have read stickies and now I need to eat more. I also understand basic principles but turning those principles into a meal plan is my struggle. So ill start with bf% and would appreciate any other help. Wont let me put a link in but my profile picture should work

I'm 6'4 and 220lb. I want to build some muscle and I think I'll go for a bulk and then a cut. I was just wondering what's my bodyfat now? I can check my bodyfat on my treadmill and it says I'm 21.7% but it seems quite a lot imo. what do you guys think?
