My mom, who's a doctor, told me to not include raw eggs in my diet because they're dangerous. I used to blend 1 or 2 for my homemade weight gainer. Now, I don't know what to do, if I boil them, do they blend the same?
What's your experience with it ?

If I put dry oatmeal in my protein shake, I think you'll be okay with boiled eggs in yours. It might make your shake a little more pasty, but if you add a little more liquid, you should be fine.

It will not be the same if they are already cooked.
Your mom has a point. Raw eggs DO have a chance of carrying diseases. But the chances are pretty darn small - about 1 in 30,000. (Cite @ http://eggtutor.com/health-effects-of-eating-raw-eggs/)
If you really want to include eggs in your shakes AND keep you mom happy, pickup a container of liquid eggs (the ones in the milk carton). These are already pasteurized and have an even lower chance of disease (but not zero). They cost a little more than eggs in the shell, but if it will keep your mom from griping, don't you think it's worth it?

For what it's worth, there is a risk of foodborne illness present when consuming raw food.
Some people have raw eggs without issues, although I prefer scrambling mine and having them as part of a nice breakfast dish. It's about progress, not perfection.
I'm not an expert when it comes to most aspects of life; sometimes, I have no idea what I'm doing. The more I learn, the more I can do, and the more I can pay it forward and help others.
