He's doing a squat/back lift it looks like better tell him to check his form Before he gets hurt. Also I would suggest a low carb diet and not use cell tech.

A lot of ppl have bad form in the gym,too may to be honest!!!!!! Stay light if you have to get form down pact and move up in weight then....Squattting and deadlifting,is something i always watched form with,always..too dangerous not to.
