What do powerlifting veterans do for joint health?

For both prehab and rehab, what do the powerlifting veterans do for their joints so that daily tasks and powerlifting aren't affected by damaged joints?

I'm just a youngin', but I recognise that keeping my joints healthy is key to my long term success. I take fish oil and glucosamine daily. And I don't hesitate to wear knee/elbows sleeves if my joints are a bit slow warming up.

OH yeah, and hamma curlz purely for keeping my elbows healthy, nothing to do with wanting teh gunz at all.

And learn to live with it.

not a powerlifter, but a lot of ppl are jumping on the ART (active release techniques) for rehab and prehab (helped my rotator cuff out a lot). Other than that, massage and myofascial release from foam rollin or someone else is really good.

Yep I am using some right now. After the 9th day the pain in my elbow was pretty much gone. It had been hurting for almost 2 months before I used alflutop. Was able to get in a full week of working out with very little pain. I am satisfied so far and it has helped with my knees as well.

Many powerlifters and bodybuilders are on nubain due to constant pain from beating on their bodies.

my wrists/elbows/shoulders were killing me a while ago and this dude told me to drink jello mix. He said he had been using it for years. I tried it, the pain went away.

I really am not sure whether or not the jello had anything to do with it. It also could have been that it took me a while to adjust to midwestern temperatures (I had just moved from California).

It was interesting to say the least. I am wondering if anyone else knows anything about this.

get bigger. Fat makes your knees hurt from the excess weight, but having ginormous legs helps cushion your knees when you squat, and fat def helps your elbows/shoulders feel WAY better. You'll notice most injuries come from lean guys

I liked to stretch my patella tendon a lot, like this:

I stretch the legs a lot and try to warmup A LOT before working out. I have been effectively INJURY FREE in the time that I have been lifting.

    And cissus is AMAZING.

For good joints I always make sure to use dry papers, a sturdy roach, and not roll them too tightly.

The stuff in Jello mix is collagen aka connective tissue (protein) from mammals. It is found mostly in joints and tendons and is the only incomplete animal protein (Nutrition 244 notes from last year).

Who knows maybe the body can put it to use in its own connective tissue structures.

Good rule of thumb: make sure you're fingers aren't dry before they go anywhere NEAR her clit/pussy.

Also, besides myself, maybe 2-3 of you have actually done anything like this before..."

Smart training seems to help the most. Tons of non-responders to glucosamine chondroitin. Learn everything you can about MEAT therapy (yes, thats really a thing) and soft tissue work.
