Macros
1 lb of round steak = ~1k calories, ~100 g of protein
2 ramen noodle things: = 960 calories, 28 grams of protein
so i guess the final nutrient count is a little under 2k calories, and about 125 grams of protein.
Have it for dinner every night <3 (or something more or less the same [steak and rice, etc])Last edited by samsuperjew; 07-29-2012 at 07:40 PM.

for those that do carb backloading, do you still backload on off days?

Very disappointing 1486 total for me today. Missed bench and deadlift weights that I have easily hit in training before (375/605). Gave it my all though, and had an epic squat grind. Will post that vid here when it uploads. Probably have a write-up tomorrow.

Depends. Strength Accumulation focusing on fat burning then no. Density Bulking focused on feeding the muscles then yes. Also, could depend on if you train early in the morning the next day then yes and not on that day of training unless you train the next morning as well.

You'll want to play around but that sounds good to me. Still keeping the carbs for the evening. That's just my understanding of it so far. I just got done with the prep phase and doing strength accumulation now. I plan to transition into density bulking after that once I get down to around 198 then work back up into the 220 class.

I feel like puking. Think from all the pain I'm in. Jaw, neck, forearm, and bicep are all pulsing in unison making everything spin when I close my eyes. Its like I'm drunk but with out the fun of it.

Just the squat, and it was only a 17lb PR since my last max on Christmas eve. I sucked balls at my bench and deads with misses at 374/605, even though I've hit 365x2 and an easy 600 in training before. My training had been in the crapper for the last month with a bad week long cold 3 weeks ago that really seemed to screw things up for me. I've also not made the best training decisions in the last few months either which has slowed strength gaining a lot too.
