I'm trying to bulk to 190lbs, right now 173lbs, should I be doing any cardio before a workout. For example a pickup game or two of basketball or would this affect my gains in anyway.

Its not a great idea in general to do it right before resistance training.
If there is time between and a meal or something then okay but if its directly before training it could be detrimental because you are using up all of the stored glycogen during the "cardio", which then could lead to your body breaking down muscle tissue to use amino acids as fuel.
