Okay, question here guys, I'm right now going out about 2-3 times a week and those days I just aim to hit my daily maintenance in calories. It's just impossible for me to stay at a very low calorie number with how hungry I get after drinking
What I'm basically doing is I eat at about a -1500 calorie deficit 4-5 days a week and the rest of the week I end up hitting right around my maintenance or a couple hundred calories over. The end result is I'm losing about 1-2 LBs a week
Do you guys think this is a terrible idea? am I going to lose a lot of muscle doing it this way? I try to keep my diet when I have a few drinks but it's just impossible and I have to fight myself tooth and claw not to pig out and eat about 6000 calories in 1 sitting
