I'm a little jelly...
Speaking of bench.. since I got sick mine sucks ass. My squat is getting there, deadlift is getting there.. bench is terrible.
I switched to a full grip from a false grip just because before I got sick I was benching 305lbs and that kind of weight coming out over my face kind of made me nervous. If the bar rolled and my wrists dropped it would hurt.
With a full grip, my bench is sht, my form is sht and I can only bench 250lbs.

I do yea. I dunno what you would benefit from more though. I think the SL volume could be better for me on a longer term / long bulk thought process, but I really like the tapering down / increasing intensity of this.

After reading more I think Madcow would make more sense. I plugged my lifts into the SL spreadsheet and two came back as "too strong" for SL beginner. Filled out the Madcow spreadsheet and it looks pretty good. Plus, I really need a 3 day per week program because of business travel.

I got a couple PRs today. 135 x 5 strict/paused log press and a triple with 185 + 80lbs of chain. I paused the third rep for like 4 seconds too, like a baws.

Anyone run the Strong-15 yet? Thinking about running this since it lines up perfectly for my meet. Only thing I'm hesitant about is that he asks you to add 10lbs to your max to make your projected max, which seems really low for 11 weeks (9 weeks on the program, 1 week deload, 1 week rest). Any opinions on this from anybody who has read the book?
“Go back?" he thought. "No good at all! Go sideways? Impossible! Go forward? Only thing to do! On we go!" So up he got, and trotted along with his little sword held in front of him and one hand feeling the wall, and his heart all of a patter and a pitter.”
