After going through all these pictures again this picture really stuck out. Amazing. The yellow painted wall, the paint chipped steel support beam, the glossy uneven floor,
the warped ceiling tiles, the strong lighting coming through the back, the trap weightlifting bar stacked with weights in the foreground, the heel lifted off the floor, all producing the physique which is
perfectly placed in the picture noting that he is not bigger then the gym but a product of it. This should say "Just do it" I would buy this poster.

Thanks....that was me in 09 after I recovered from my accident. I broke my neck and when I was recovering for the 3 months, I promised as soon as I was released, I would get back in shape and be 'strong' again. I was lifting hard and heavy again for the first time in a decade, but I had gained a lot of fat over the years especially in my abdomen. Funny, I thought I was in such good shape!
This other pic shows after I dropped the weight finally. I was 178 in the left pic. (lost 6" inches in the waist) I then started to 'rebuild' and this is a one year comparison. Right pic is current.

I'm open to any suggestions and have a difficult time accepting limitations without an honest effort on my part, you can count on that!

Just wondering if you realize that out of 174 responses and a 6 pages, you are the only one who posted junk in this thread?.... While that might be funny to you, there are lots of people who put up their best even knowing there is still a ways to go on their fitness journey. I admire their boldness and bravery to put it all out there. This .....not so much. sorry...

I shall remove the pics as not to offend anyone else. It simply meant that I was "drooling over the eye candy" not making fun of anyone in this thread by any means. I know all of the people on here work hard as that is very apparent. I apologize if you mistook the pics for something they were not meant to be.
