    18 month progress

    As i stated in my teen misc topic, this is my first time on my account in 18months! sooo, does anyone care to tell me if in 18 months i made any decent progression? thanks!

    Well i started when i was 15 but it was just basement workouts with no real routine/dieting...everything started slowly falling in place as time passed, even now i've progressed my training/diet to an even better level! To simply answer your question though, Seriously working out i'd say 2 years (for that first pic), and i'm even more serious at this point now.
