    I'm Baaaaaaaaaack!

    Hey Guys. Thanks for the well wishes & words of encouragement. Baby is doing great and it's an awesome experience.

    As most of you have probably guessed, my training & nutrition took a total nosedive. I knew fatherhood was going to be a lot of work, but I didn't truly grasp how much and how it just shakes your priorities right to the core. Those of you who balance parenthood with the dedication it takes for this bodybuilding game have my utmost respect.

    But the wife & I are settling into a decent routine, so I'm getting back into the swing of thing this week. I'll probably start a new log since this definitely feels like a new beginning. 5 weeks away has been pretty debilitating, but I'll get back in the saddle soon. Going to shoot for 90% of numbers I was hitting before and see how that goes. Did Deadlifts yesterday with some success - although dropping 40 lbs was a blow to the ego for sure.

    Will post the new link as soon as I get it up. Thanks again for all the support guys & gals. Hope you've all been picking up my slack. Look forward to getting re-acclimated with the BB forums soon.

    Thanks again for the love, guys. Feels good to be back and I know I'll hold myself more accountable knowing my BB boys will be let down if I don't. Going for my second workout tomorrow - hopefully the old chest continues to lift my spirits. I haven't logged my workouts but do have them tracked on jefit so I'll get those into the new log, which hopefully I'll get up sometime tomorrow. Diet will not get really dialed in until next week because my mom is visiting us and of course thinks that I'm dying of starvation ;-)
