good progress dude, but in the future (you're not the only one who does this) take your after picture in the same state that you took the before pic, whether it was pumped/unpumped, relexed/flexed and the way your body is positioned. It's the best way to see real progress. Anyone can take a before pic relaxed workout a few months then flex and make it seem that they made tons of progress (not saying that's you, even though you're flexing in the after pics I can still see you lost quite a bit of fat).
